Severe weather emergency protocol (SWEP)
Severe weather emergency protocol (SWEP) is in place to prevent rough sleeping during extreme weather conditions have been forecasted, such as cold weather, wind heavy rain and ice chills. An emergency shelter will be provided if SWEP is triggered.
