What is the Lettable Standard?

The lettable standard is a set of guidelines that ensure council homes are in a suitable condition for new tenants. It focuses on making sure the property is safe, clean, and ready for occupancy. This standard helps guarantee that tenants move into a home that meets certain quality and safety criteria.

As a Registered Provider of social housing, we have a legal obligation to provide a home that meets the Government’s Decent Home Standard.
