Reporting a Council Housing repair

For most everyday, non-emergency repairs, you can report your repair online using Housing Online.

Using Housing Online, you can:

  • Report a repair at a time that suits you
  • Choose an appointment slot that works for you
  • Check your appointment details at any time
  • Avoid waiting on the phone

Register or sign in to Housing Online

If you live in a flat and are reporting a communal repair, select the Block Address rather than the Dwelling Address.

Please note: when reporting a repair and booking an appointment, the page may appear blank while available appointment slots are loading. This can take up to 60 seconds. Please do not leave the page during this time.

If you need help reporting a repair online
