Information for floral art competitors
Entries to be received on or before Friday 29th August 2025.
Staging times
- 12:00 noon to 10:00pm, Friday 5th September 2025
- 7:30am to 8:30am, Saturday 6th September 2025
Judging
All exhibits must be completed by 8.30am on the Friday ready for judging at 9am. Competitors' cards must be placed face downwards and remain in this position until after judging.
All Floral Art Classes will be judged in accordance with the NAFAS Competitions Manual 4th Edition (2023) by NAFAS qualified judges.
- No artificial plant material allowed
- Plant material to predominate over everything else, unless otherwise stated
- Any drapes must be free standing. No drapes to extend over front of staging
- All exhibits must be the unaided work of the competitor and must be assembled in the marquee.
Staging
Except where stated the space allowed for each exhibit is width 75cm (2 feet 6 inches), depth 60cm (2 feet), height unlimited. The stage covering will be neutral.
