Help with property clearance when your tenancy ends
After you have given in your notice to end your council tenancy, an Officer will make contact with you to arrange a convenient time to carry out an inspection of your property.
During this visit the officer will look at any outstanding repairs that need to be made to the property and will discuss the cost of these repairs with you.
