The Council is committed to ensuring all areas of Rotherham are safe, clean, and well maintained
The Council aims to achieve its commitment through regular inspection and maintenance of all shared spaces linked to your home and garage.
The work to maintain your estate is carried out by the following services:
- Mears (North) and Equans (South) Estate Caretakers- including litter picking, removal of fly tipping, removal of moss, self-sets, weeds and shrubs from communal footpaths and winter weather gritting
- Council Facilities Services- cleaning of communal entrances, hallways, and stairwells
- Council Street scene- grass cutting, hedge cutting and maintenance of adopted footpaths and roads
