Timescales
- Health and safety issues including drug litter and excrement will be removed within 4 working hours of receiving your report (Monday to Friday)
- Blocked bin chutes and offensive graffiti will be attended to within 24 hours of receiving your report (Monday to Friday)
- Fly-tipping will be investigated and removed within 5 working days of receiving your report
- Other non- urgent reports will be picked up and dealt with as part of our ongoing maintenance programme of your estate
