Housing Services Estates Charter

During spring:

• We will clear moss from footpaths and drying areas
• We will cut the grass and ensure grass cuttings are blown from footpaths (every 5 weeks starting in April)
• We will cut back self- sets/shrubs on or near footpaths

During summer:

• We will cut the grass and ensure grass cuttings are blown from footpaths (every 5 weeks)
• We will spray and remove weeds on footpaths and drying areas
• We will cut back self- sets/shrubs on or near footpaths

During autumn:

• We will cut the grass and ensure grass cuttings are blown from footpaths (every 5 weeks until November)
• We will clear moss from footpaths and drying areas
• We will sweep and remove leaves

During winter:

• We will clear ice and snow from shared footpaths and spread grit to prevent further ice forming (when required giving priority to our vulnerable tenants living in bungalows)
