Qualifications
All applicants will need to pass a BTEC Level 2 Certificate in the Introduction to Role of the Professional Taxi and Private Hire Driver.

To meet our requirements, a qualification must be awarded by a reputable training provider. We have assessed the training provider listed below and will accept qualifications issued by them.

You may choose to get a qualification from an alternative provider if you wish. Applicants should make enquiries with several suppliers before enrolling on a course. Please check with the Council beforehand to ensure we accept qualifications issued by your chosen provider.
