Community and Neighbourhoods: Apply for devolved ward budget funding


Please use this form to apply for funding from the devolved Ward budget in Rotherham.

To complete this for you will need:

  • A start and end date for the project
  • The amount of funds you will be looking for
  • Total cost of the project
  • An account of how the budget would be spent including (item’s, basis of costings & the total amount)
  • Bank account details for the project (this cannot be a personal account)
  • At least 2 signatories

Other items you may require in certain circumstances:

  • If you have applied previously, you will need the amount of funding received and the date
  • If you have match funding (the name of the backer, basis of the match & the amount)
  • If you have got insurance (the type of insurance)
  • If the request for funding is over £1000 (a letter on business headed paper with (Payee details, Full address, Telephone number, Email address, VAT reg (if applicable), BACS details)
